Booking Terms & Conditions

- All treatments must be pre-booked and paid in full at time of booking.
- Cancellation policy: No refunds or rescheduling appointments that are canceled or changed within 24 hours of appointment time.
- Group booking cancellation policy: No refunds or rescheduling appointments that are canceled or changed within 7 days of appointment time.
- '2-poke policy': If IV access is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the treatment may be cancelled and a full refund awarded minus 30% business costs. Policy void if client requests third attempt.
- We service Calgary. Treatments outside Calgary are subject to travel fees of $50+ and dependant of staff availability. Please email us prior to booking.
