Terms & Conditions

Feel Good IV Therapy services and appointments are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions please contact us prior to booking. 

Booking with us implies acknowledgement and agreement of our terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

  • All appointments must be pre-booked and paid in full at time of booking 

  • Bookings under 12 hours notice are dependant of availability and are NOT GUARANTEED. 

  • Bookings under 12 hour notice are subject to a last minute booking fee of $50. 

  • All appointments are subject to staff and product availability and may be changed/cancelled/refunded at the discretion of Feel Good IV Therapy 

  • We serve Calgary. Appointments outside of Calgary are subject to a travel fee and are dependant upon staff availability. Please contact us directly prior to booking. 

  • Appointments outside of Calgary are subject to travel fees of $50+, to be paid prior to the appointment time. Fees are dependant on location. 

  • All appointments and bookings are subject to our cancellation policy as follows:
    - Cancellations under 24 hours notice are non-refundable or bank-able (save for later). 
    - Cancellations of group bookings (5 or more) under 7 days are non-refundable or bank-able (save for later).

  • All purchases are valid for a maximum of one (1) year from date of purchase. No refunds or extensions. Unused sessions expire and are no longer valid. 

  • All intravenous (IV) treatments are subject to our '2-poke policy' as follows: 
    - If IV access is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the practitioner will stop. The client can choose between the following 2 options:

    1) Cancel the treatment and receive a 70% refund.
    2) Continue the treatment and receive further IV attempts 
    Continuing the treatment voids this policy and no refund shall be given, regardless of successful IV access or not. 

  • Refunds shall only be given in the event of an emergency or '2- poke policy' situation 

  • No refunds shall be given in the event of client changing their mind, declining the full treatment/ product, or any other changes or unforeseen outcomes such as an allergic or adverse reaction to any part of the treatment. 

  • Feel Good IV Therapy is a private wellness company. Treatments are not covered by public health. 

  • Treatments may be covered under health insurance plans or employee health spending accounts- please speak to your provider. We do not offer insurance coverage or direct billing.
